The finished color will change dramatically depending on the base color. On black, this powder changes to purple. On a white base, it is a peach color.

To apply, rub it on with the included applicator over partly cured no-wipe gel top coat. A little goes a long way, so use it very sparingly. Dust off any extra powder, then apply and cure another layer of gel top coat.
